We expect that you

• Are trained social and health assistant or social and health helper with a certificate (a requirement)
• Speak and write Danish (a requirement)
• Are eager to work with relationship-building with our residents, and preferably have competences/courses in person-centered care
• Preferably have experience with the care system CURA, otherwise we will teach you
• Know and adhere to your competency level
• Have a good sense of humor, be smiling and positive in spirit
• Are not shy of a song or a dance with our residents and give them star moments
• Are empathetic, loyal and responsible and contribute to the good working environment
• Are capable of good cooperation with colleagues, relatives and volunteers
• Can work according to Ikast-Brande Municipality's values

Who are we

Solbakken in Ejstrupholm is a small and manageable general care center in Ikast-Brande municipality with 30 residents. We take great pride in ensuring everyone has the best experience of their encounter with Solbakken, where we greet each other with a smile. We have a fantastic circle of friends and a large group of wonderful volunteers who help bring joy and presence to our residents.

We work from “Person-centered care”, and place great emphasis on the resident's well-being being as high as possible. The person-centered approach is our fundamental starting point for residents, relatives and colleagues. We place great emphasis on a good working environment, and that there is a good mood, trust and joy when we go to work.

The staff group at Solbakken is broadly composed in terms of age, seniority and competencies. Many have been here for many years. We ensure that your training is in order, and help you become a good part of Solbakken.
