SOSU helper for night shift in 7/7 arrangement, in Hvidovre Municipality Home- and Nursing District North

Do you want to help create security, quality and presence for our residents at night? We are looking for a dedicated and professionally skilled SOSU helper for our night shift on a fixed 7/7 rotation, where you work in even weeks.

As a night shift worker you will be an important part of a small and strong team, where you work closely with a SSH colleague and a nurse. Together you cover the entire municipality, and therefore it is important that you thrive with working independently, taking responsibility and at the same time being a good team player.

We work with a basis in the Elderly Act and focus on a dignified, holistic and person-centered approach, where the citizen's life, wishes and self-determination are at the center.

As a night shift worker you will be part of a team where we prioritize a good working environment and an open dialogue. Although we work independently at night, we are never alone. We have close cooperation with each other and use our different professional backgrounds to ensure the best possible support for the citizens.

You will drive around the entire municipality, and the workday can therefore be very varied. You must be able to keep an overview, prioritize your tasks and meet citizens with calm, respect and presence – even when the night brings unforeseen situations.
