Our skilled business manager at Shell in Aakirkeby is looking for a highly motivated partner!

If you are up for taking on an exciting role at Shell as a sous-chef, then maybe you are the one we are looking for.

We are looking for a new colleague who will be the business manager's right-hand person. You will become part of the daily management alongside the business manager and you will have your own areas of responsibility.

You will participate in achieving the store's sales targets and help to create continued growth.

You are service-minded and take pride in giving customers an experience beyond what is expected. You are outgoing and flexible – you are a fighter who knows that it takes hard and dedicated work to achieve goals.

It is natural for you to lead by example in terms of customer service and standards in the store. You will also participate in developing the rest of the staff, so that we ensure the whole team is always highly motivated and ready. You will have ample opportunity to develop your leadership potential and grow, in collaboration with the business manager and your other colleagues, based on your skills.

. Your tasks include, among other things

• Daily management of staff and responsibility for the store
• Ensure the store meets customers' expectations and Shell standards - cleaning
• Sale of fuel, car wash, tips and lotto, groceries, confectionery, food and drinks and much more.
• Ordering and replenishment of goods - trimming of the store and forecourt
• Bookkeeping

If you are fresh and positive, have the courage/desire to take on a very independent job in a company undergoing great development, and you have a sense for sales and possibly experience from previous jobs, we look forward to hearing from you.
