SSA or nurse for Solgården Care Center

Would you like to be part of Jammerbugt Municipality's largest care center and make a difference for the residents in their daily lives? At Solgården we are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant or nurse for day shifts.

We have an exciting house with a total of 69 residences distributed across

• 2 dementia wards
• 2 respite care places
• 4 somatic departments

A little about the positions

They are permanent 37-hour per week positions in day shifts with weekend duty every 2 weeks, starting 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

There is the possibility to have a smaller number of hours upon own request.

We work in teams at Solgården, and you will become part of a fixed team. There are social- and health care assistants attached to each department, and you have the nursing professional responsibility for 10-14 residents in daily life. We work with holistic care, and therefore you as a social- and health care assistant/nurse are also part of the daily care and support, as we believe that this is how we get to know our residents best.

There is close collaboration with the other social- and health care assistants, center nurse, professional coordinator and the deputy manager, who support the nursing professional issues.

Team meetings are held every 4 weeks, where professional issues are discussed and the collaboration is reviewed.

We use iPads, VAR, AND KMD Nexus (FS3) as working tools with a focus on good documentation.

We work based on the values of trust, dialogue and good well-being for our residents and employees, and we value the appreciative dialogue and prioritize a healthy working environment.

We prioritize a good everyday life with a focus on a homely atmosphere, and we start from the individual resident and their resources and life history. We have a close collaboration with volunteers and relatives - to the great benefit of our residents and Solgården as a whole.

Terms of employment

The position is paid under collective agreement terms and according to agreement on local salary formation.
