SSA for day shift at Frederiksbroen Nursing Home

Would you like to use your professional skills close to people and help make daily life good for the residents? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for for daytime shifts at Plejehjemmet Frederiksbroen at Georgsgade 61B, 5000 Odense, Denmark.

As a social and health care assistant you will be an important part of the residents’ daily life. You will work with care, support, observation and documentation – and you will need both professionalism, presence and a good overview. The needs of the day can shift a bit along the way, so it helps to keep a cool head and a warm heart.

Your tasks

You come close to the residents and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines. The tasks require responsibility, engagement and a eye for both the small details and the overall process.

• Perform personal care and support with respect for the individual
• Observe changes in the residents’ condition and respond to relevant needs
• Administer and follow up on health-related interventions according to applicable guidelines
• Document your observations and actions
• Contribute to rehabilitation, well-being and as much independence as possible for the residents
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals on daily task resolution

Salary and terms of employment

The position is remunerated according to the applicable collective agreement depending on experience and qualifications. The expected salary level will be stated prior to any interview.
