About the job

• Primarily day shifts with few evening shifts.
• Work every 2nd weekend – and the possibility of 4 extra off weekends per year.
• With reference to Middelfart Municipality's life phase policy, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes regarding hours etc., so you achieve balance between work and leisure

We are looking for you who

• Are trained SSA (Social and Health Care Assistant)
• Have a big heart for the citizens, are passionate about your profession, and have a rehabilitative approach.
• Thrive in both independent tasks and collaboration with others.
• Can keep a cool head in pressured situations and thrive with challenges
• Have a sense of humor, initiative, and can contribute to the good working environment.
• Are not afraid to think creatively and share your knowledge.
• Have a driving license, as we are a large district with long distances

Knowledge of Nexus is an advantage, but not a necessity
