In return we expect from you that you

• Are a trained SSA
• Have high professionalism, are reflective and wish to influence the development in Home Care and Nursing
• Have high generalist level and are able to deliver services to citizens with complex and composite needs
• Have well-developed IT skills and a high level regarding written documentation, as we consider documentation an important basis for ensuring high professionalism and continuity in the approach to citizens
• Can communicate nursing both to citizens, relatives, colleagues and your collaborators
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Want to work in an organization in development, where your own competence development is in play
• Experience with and interest in working from the rehabilitative approach
• Are reliable and contribute to the good working environment physically as well as mentally
• Have a driving license

We can currently offer the following position

• Several permanent positions as of 1 November 2026 or according to agreement at 37 hours. The position includes duty every 3rd weekend

Application deadline

There is an application deadline on 18 October 2026 and interviews will be held continuously in Week 43/44. We will have 4 people at the interview and strive to ensure a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

The practical

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with DSR and KL. References from previous employment will be obtained if you are considered for the position.
