We are looking for an engaged and caring SSH or SSA with starting in January 2027.

Our small VI and our large VI

Højslev Care Center is Skive Municipality's smallest care center with only 16 homes. Here we have our small VI, where we know each other well, help one another, and value the close community among residents, staff and relatives.

But we are also part of something bigger! We belong to the wonderful Area 3, which consists of a further three care centers. Together we form our large VI, where we collaborate across, share knowledge, inspire each other and help each other find good solutions.

With us you get both the closeness of the small care center and the sparring and professional development in a larger area.

Our approach to care

We work rehabilitatively and person-centered with a starting point in each resident's resources, wishes and needs. With the new Elderly Care Act, we have a particular focus on self-determination, holistic care and collaboration with residents and relatives.

Good care for us is about helping and supporting residents to maintain their skills, independence and quality of life for as long as possible.

Who are you?

• You are educated as a Social and Health Helper (SSH) or Social and Health Assistant (SSA).
• You put residents' needs and wishes at the center and work rehabilitatively.
• You are professionally engaged, responsible and curious about developments in elderly care.
• You are flexible, collaborative and contribute positively to both our small and large VI.
• You can work independently and at the same time want to take on tasks in collaboration with others.
