Staff for Dagplejen in Copenhagen Municipality

We are looking for new colleagues for basic multi-child houses, our permanent substitute team and multi-child houses in Dagplejen.

We currently have several vacant positions, both full-time and part-time.

About us

In the multi-child houses you are a team of three staff for eight children or a team of four staff for 10 children. In the basic house you are three staff for four children who are allocated to a basic place through our central visitation committee. The children are aged from 0 to 3 years.

You are located in premises that we provide, and the premises are laid out to create a safe framework where children can thrive, learn and develop.

In the team you plan, together with the supervising pedagogue, your own workday based on the individual child and the child group’s needs. The supervising pedagogue provides pedagogical sparring, guidance and conducts pedagogical supervision. The pedagogical supervision guarantees that the pedagogical quality and safety meet the standards required by the Daycare Act.

You work according to Dagplejen’s policies and value base, including "The new strengthened curriculum". Based on the food and meal policy you buy and prepare meals yourself.

• have experience working with children aged 0 to 3 years
• are motivated to acquire new knowledge and professional sparring in collaboration with others with the supervising pedagogue and your other colleagues
• can join a team of staff and give the children a day with security, presence and the opportunity for development
• have an ease of communication with children, parents, internal and external partners
• are willing to find a common direction in a daily life where there can be dilemmas in cooperation
• are reflective, initiative-taking, engaged and stable
• are flexible and adaptable regarding the arrangement of your working hours
• possibly have an education as a pedagogical assistant

Employment conditions

Salary and terms of employment follow the applicable collective agreement. In connection with the employment we obtain child and criminal records checks as well as references.
