About the job

At Svendborg Hospital we have four ward kitchens, where nutrition assistants receive, finalize prepare, and plate the food that is delivered from the Odense kitchen. You will become part of a team of 16 dedicated nutrition assistants who value good collaboration and an approachable attitude towards patients and relatives.

You will be part of Logistics Services, which daily supports the clinical departments. Read more about Logistics Services here .

Your tasks include

• Receiving, final preparation and serving of meals.
• Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in the four ward kitchens.
• Documentation of self-monitoring.
• Various cleaning tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a culinary/nutrition education and knowledge of meal types and diets.
• Works independently and thrives in a team.
• Is quality-minded and responsible in your task execution.
• Has an appreciative approach to communication and behavior.
• Is IT-lamiliar at user level.

You will be part of the Logistics Department at OUH, which handles a wide range of tasks that support the hospital's daily operations and contribute to a well-functioning everyday life for patients, staff and relatives. The department contains several disciplines, including supply, sterilization, food production, logistics services, on-call planning and development and relocation to the new OUH.

The Logistics Department is part of the Service Center, which consists of about 1,300 employees distributed across 4 departments: Logistics Department, Cleaning and Hospital Services, Building Operations and Services, and Preparation and Relocation.
