As a student assistant you will become part of the allocation team at the ISE, which works with resource management and management support in relation to this. You will support the work of creating an overview of teaching activities and resources and contribute to ensuring that data and administrative processes are up-to-date and functioning well. In addition, you will handle inquiries in the functional mailbox and help ensure that registrations and information are correct. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of administrative workflows and processes and support the collaboration between the secretariat and the study leaders.

Your closest collaborators will be the institute’s AC-fuldmægtig for resource management, and the pro-dean for education, as well as collaboration with the study leaders.

About you

  • Have knowledge of advanced Excel, and it would be a clear advantage if you know Power BI
  • Can work independently and in a structured way.
  • Are curious about data and processes and motivated by both maintaining and further developing working methods.
