The study job

Our partner is looking for a student who will help create structure and standardize the company’s existing data sheets, manuals and other technical documentation.

You will review existing material, where today there may be several different versions of the same documents. Your task will be to collect, update and structure the material so that it presents as uniform, professional and with a clear throughline.

Your tasks will include

• Modernisation and updating of existing data sheets and manuals.
• Create a consistent and professional documentation structure.
• Update and optimise content as well as visual layout.
• Create an overview and a clear throughline across the material.
• Structure and quality assure relevant product data.
• Opportunity to subsequently work with EPDs.

You do not need a technical background to succeed in the role. The most important thing is that you are curious and eager to dive into the material. You will have close access to colleagues with the necessary technical knowledge, and you should therefore be comfortable asking many questions.

The position takes place on-site in Viby and can be adjusted to the candidate in terms of hours and working days. As a general rule, around 3 months of work with the primary task is expected, with the possibility of additional tasks subsequently.

The company

Our partner is a small Danish company that develops, produces and installs specialized control and alarm systems for ventilation in, among others, laboratories and operating rooms. The company has around 10 employees and provides solutions to, among others, the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, universities and research institutions. You will work closely with the company’s director and technical manager.
