You will be part of the Psychiatry and Disability Team, where your main area of work will be the disability sector. The position involves close collaboration with external services and partners. We use the Adult Assessment Method (VUM 2.0) and use the professional system Nexus.
About you

- Has experience with authority case handling.
- Has experience with the Adult Assessment Method (VUM 2.0)
- Has strong professional expertise with impact
- Has experience in setting clear goals for the interventions in collaboration with the citizens
- Is capable of building strong collaborative relationships with citizens, internal and external partners
- Is used to incorporating finance as a natural part of case handling.
We expect that
- You are a responsible and service-oriented person who can collaborate at all levels.
- You can work independently and thrive with a broad contact to citizens, colleagues and partners in a busy daily life.
- You have good relational and communicative skills.
- You are a team player with a positive mindset.
About us
We offer
An exciting workplace with engaged colleagues who take responsibility for both the professional quality and the good working environment. We value collaboration, good humor and a positive approach to daily tasks and challenges.
In the Social Department we work with citizens with physical and mental functional impairments as well as socially vulnerable citizens. The department consists of 30 employees spread across several teams. You will become part of the Psychiatry and Disability Team, which consists of 11 employees plus professional coordinators.
We are housed at Svinget 14 and emphasize a culture marked by professional sparring, shared responsibility and helpfulness. You will have your own case load and be assigned a mentor who ensures a good introduction to tasks, the workplace and our professional approach.
About the position
We are seeking a colleague with an interest in working with citizens with significant physical and mental impairments. The target group includes both citizens who have been granted housing and citizens who receive support in their own homes.
A central part of the task is to establish and maintain the cooperation frameworks that support the citizen's well-being and development. You will coordinate and collaborate with the citizen, housing services, social counselors and other relevant actors, including the Job Center and voluntary offerings, with a view to developing holistic and meaningful plans based on the citizen's wishes and needs.
We place a high priority on professional development and use our weekly team meetings for reflection, sparring and the further development of practice. Our work is based on a recovery-oriented approach, where the citizen's perspective and resources are the central focus of the effort.
