About the job

As a team coordinator you will have a flexible role where you shall coordinate all our teams in our departments on Zealand (Sjælland). You help coordinate daily operations and, in collaboration with the nearest manager, ensure tasks are distributed, agreements kept, and quality is in order.

You will be a hands-on coach who both creates an overview and actively participates in the preparation of cars. The role requires you to quickly adapt to a new department's daily life and build good collaboration with both employees and customers. This is a full-time position with varying workplaces. You must therefore be willing to travel and cover in all our departments as needed.

Your tasks

• Coordinate all our teams as needed
• Plan and allocate today's tasks in collaboration with the nearest manager and follow up on progress and quality
• Participate in cosmetic detailing of new and used cars - including washing, vacuuming, foil removal and polishing
• Lead by example in daily operations and contribute to a stable and efficient production
• Train and guide employees and ensure correct use of systems
• Inspect vehicles before delivery and follow up on quality
• Contribute to employees' development, collaboration and well-being
• Engage with customers and ensure agreements are kept in collaboration with the nearest manager
• Handle administrative tasks and other practical tasks in daily operations

You are good at meeting new people and building trust around you. You communicate clearly, take responsibility and keep an overview when there are many tasks in progress. At the same time you contribute to good collaboration by listening, helping and leading by example. You thrive in a daily life where workplace, colleagues and tasks can change. We expect that you

• Would like to have experience coordinating tasks or taking responsibility for a team
• Would like to have experience with car detailing, but this is not a requirement
• Have knowledge of detailing tasks such as washing, vacuuming, polishing and foil removal
• Are flexible and willing to work in all our departments as needed
• Are an experienced driver and have a valid B driver's license
• Can read and understand work instructions and product information
• Have basic IT skills and easily adapt to new systems
