Team Leader in Production

You are able to engage your team, and with cross-department collaboration you ensure progress in daily work. About the position

As a team leader you will be part of the production management infrastructure, where you will have daily responsibility for a group of employees in our production. You must be present and physically on-site in the production. You must ensure that production runs efficiently in accordance with the production planning. Likewise, you must ensure that we comply with the high quality requirements and GMP standards that characterize Pharma Nord.

You will play a key role in coordinating the work in the department, including ensuring resource optimization and that machines and production equipment function optimally, while supporting your colleagues in their daily tasks. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Your primary tasks will be

• Coordinating the daily work and planning work in the production sections
• Ensure an efficient production and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure optimal resource optimization.
• Motivate and support the team in a busy everyday life with many tasks.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem solving of production equipment in collaboration with the technical department.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health requirements.

Workplace: Pharma Nord ApS, Tinglykke 4-6, 6500 Vojens. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

As a production team leader you have a practical and results-oriented approach to everyday work. You take responsibility, ensure progress and have an eye for both people and machines. You thrive in a role where your workday is spent in production, where you combine technical understanding with an overview and decisive action under hands-on leadership.

• We expect that you:
• Have solid technical understanding or interest in production equipment and processes
• Have experience with resource optimization
• Keep an overview and can plan in a busy and changing daily life
• Are visible in production and with hands-on leadership create motivation and a good working environment through your way of working with others
• Have knowledge of GMP and quality requirements from the food or pharmaceutical industry (not a requirement but an advantage)
