We are looking for a new team leader who has leadership experience, is robust, can set direction and gain followership. Your experience is likely from a similar position. It would be advantageous if you have experience with dementia here, so you can quickly fit in and work with dedication to motivate and guide staff in relation to residents with dementia and their relatives.

You will be team leader for about 30 employees distributed across smaller care units as well as some cross-functional staff groups.

The care centre is a modern facility located centrally in Ringsted. The centre is divided into 8 houses with 6–8 residences in each. In addition, we have a day centre for residents with dementia and an outreach offer for residents with dementia in their own homes.

As team leader you are listening and proactive in everyday life in a trusting and inclusive collaboration with staff, residents, relatives and other partners. You thrive in a dynamic daily life where plans often must be changed and adapted to a new situation.

In the position you will work with safe operations and finances in close collaboration with the shift planner and leadership colleagues.

You will be part of a leadership team at Solbakken, but also in a committed work community across the care centres in Ringsted Municipality, where we also have a shared quality nurse employed.
