Technical Business Central Consultant

Apply for this job Basico delivers complete solutions within digitization and automation of workflows in the finance department. To deliver solutions at our level, it requires ongoing attention to what we can achieve technically. In this role you will therefore be an important part of our ERP team with responsibility to ensure that we work optimally with Business Central and Continia.

You will be responsible for the technical base that drives our internal development, and for equipping the consultants to deliver strong solutions to customers. The role is primarily internal, but you will also have direct customer contact in connection with technical support, webinars, workshops, user training and selected customer projects.

You will spend about 70% of your time on internal technical initiatives and about 30% on knowledge sharing, training and concrete customer tasks where your expertise is required. You will also act as a professional and technical sparring partner for both our ERP consultants and customers and contribute to effective support after implementation.

Your background and qualifications

The most important thing is that you have the experience, ballast and system knowledge required to own the role as a technical expert on Business Central and Continia.

You have probably gained experience from a technical consulting role, such as power user, system owner or similar. You have a good understanding of the systems' possibilities and can translate your knowledge into practical solutions for both consultants and customers.

• Experience with support and a structured approach to follow-up.
