We are seeking an instructor for the agricultural education program and the agricultural leadership program

Are you interested in the technologies that shape the farms of the future? Are you eager to share your knowledge and make it applicable in practice?

We are looking for an engaged instructor with solid insight into modern agricultural technology and a sharp eye for development in the agricultural industry. You will teach students in the agricultural education program and the leadership program, with a focus on the technological solutions used in the barn and in the field.

Technology is developing rapidly, and it plays an increasingly important role in the work with efficient production, animal welfare, resource utilization and sustainability. Therefore, we are seeking an instructor who both understands the technology in practice and can see how digitalization, automation and new production forms can help shape the agriculture of the future.

You will be part of a dedicated team at a lively boarding school with about 250 students aged 16-20. The students live at the school, and daily life is therefore characterized by a strong social community. It is important that you are willing to engage in this community – both professionally and socially.

Your tasks will include

• Teaching in modern agricultural technology with a focus on practical application primarily in the barn and in the field
• Teaching technologies such as automation, robotics, sensors and data collection
• Planning and delivering teaching that combines theory, practice and concrete examples from agriculture
• Incorporating sustainability, green transition and technologies within the future livestock production
• Participation in the school's joint activities and social life
• Participation in projects with external partners and relevant actors in the agricultural sector
• Working with young people in education

We are looking for a candidate who

• Has a relevant education in agriculture or agricultural technology
• Has experience with agriculture and the technologies used in modern crop and livestock production
• Is curious about sustainability and the green transition of the agricultural sector
• Has a passion for conveying their knowledge to young people
• Can work independently while also being able to join a team
