Technical Service Manager for Bagsværd Swimming Pool

You step through the door into a very popular swimming pool, located in lovely surroundings with a view of green areas. We have daily visits from schools, associations and casual swimmers, and we are also very popular with families with children.

You will be attached to both Bagsværd and Gladsaxe Swimming Pools, and there may therefore be shifts in both pools. The swimming pools are part of the Sports Facilities in Gladsaxe Municipality, which offers a wide range of sports facilities from a bowling hall to a skating rink, sports halls and much, much more.

Your responsibilities

As a technical service manager you make the duty roster for the swimming pool, for which you have administrative time. In addition, you cover shifts on a par with your colleagues. You are also responsible for compiling the swimming pool's accounts and delivering them on the agreed date to the administration of the Sports Facilities, as well as delivering cash to Loomis. Additionally:

• training of new colleagues
• ensuring guests have good experiences
• supervision at the pools
• cleaning and maintenance of facilities.

You may apply for the position even if you do not have the lifeguard certificate. You can take the exam with us, and it must be passed within one month. You can see the requirements at youtube.com/livredning .

Covering shifts during the swimming pool's opening hours entails varying work hours and weekend shifts.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the collective agreement between FOA and KL.

In Gladsaxe Municipality we have smoke-free working hours, and our sports facilities are smoke-free both indoors and outdoors.

We note that this is a full-time position for Bagsværd Swimming Pool.
