LUNA will from 2027 be part of Digital Health Denmark together with the Health Data Agency, health.dk, MedCom and a number of common national IT tasks from the regions. Digital Health Denmark will become a nationwide organization that aims to strengthen digital development and ensure better coherence in the health system.

About LUNA

LUNA is a joint regional system for administration and settlement of the practice area, where we handle further development, operation and management on behalf of regions and municipalities.

As a Test Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing test tasks in close collaboration with developers, business and suppliers. You will work practically and technically with testing – including integration testing, API testing and data validation – and you will play an important role in connection with releases, where you also help drive verification testing with case handlers in the regions and prepare release notes and ensure everything is ready for production.

Test strategy and methods are established, so your primary focus will be to translate these frameworks into concrete test activities and ensure quality in the deliveries.

Your day-to-day with us

You can expect a day-to-day where you work right in the heart of a critical, national IT solution and sit close to the developers. Therefore it is important that you have experience in the role of Test Manager or test lead, ideally from complex IT projects. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you can talk to developers at eye level.

Your primary responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate test activities internally and with partners.
• Perform technical testing – e.g. API testing, interface testing and data validation.
• Work closely with developers on testing, debugging and clarifications.
• Prepare test data, test designs and document test results.
• Manage and follow up on defects in collaboration with the Product Owner and the development team.
• Quality assure partners' testing and review their test documentation.
• Prepare release notes and ensure that releases are tested and documented.
• Follow up on test status and communicate clarifications and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Your education, experience and personal qualifications

• You have technical understanding and thrive on hands-on testing and being close to development work.
• You have experience with technical testing methods such as API testing and integration testing and are familiar with SQL when test data needs to be validated in the database.
• You are structured, solution-oriented and good at documenting your work.
• You have knowledge of release processes, and experience with preparing release notes is an advantage.
• You have an ISTQB certification

About the employment

Employment and remuneration are in accordance with the current collective agreement for the education you hold.

As an academic, you are covered by the current Academic Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and academics in the State.

As a HR employee you are covered by the collective agreement for Office Assistants, Lab Technicians and IT Employees (HK) and the current joint collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The State Sector (OAO-State Joint Agreement).
