The European Film School seeks kitchen staff

Imagine cooking in the heart of a living film school, where 150 students and staff from all over the world meet each day around shared meals. Here at the European Film College in Ebeltoft we don’t just create food – we create experiences and a sense of community around the table.

We are now seeking staff for our college kitchen. The position is full-time until mid-May 2027.

About the position

You will join a team of 5 other chefs and kitchen assistants. Together we serve 150 students and staff daily with meals prepared from scratch from good ingredients.

We are a versatile modern kitchen with a focus on green, healthy and varied nutrition . With the Silver Label behind us, we work with 60-90% organic ingredients, and we have a strong focus on using vegetables and legumes creatively in our dishes. We prioritise sustainability, local ingredients and a high professional standard.

In the kitchen we have a good dynamic, where everyone influences daily planning, menus and workflows. You will also work together with the school’s students, who daily help with both preparation and cleaning – an important part of the college’s community.

The position is full-time until mid-May 2027.
