As offers manager you will have overall management responsibility and the opportunity to create a framework where citizens' well-being and development go hand in hand with a strong professional community and a good working environment. You will become part of Autism Center Nord-Bo and will experience a daily life close to both the staff and the pedagogical practice.

Who are we?

De Gule Værksteder in Aabybro offers protected employment (SEL § 103) and activities and social interaction services (SEL § 104) to adults with an autism spectrum disorder and/or ADHD, including citizens with comorbidity and conditions of burden. The service currently has 46 citizens connected and includes a wide range of workshops with production, service tasks, activities and social interaction. The efforts are planned individually with a focus on developing and maintaining citizens' personal, practical and social competencies as well as supporting quality of life and (work) identity.

About the position

As offers manager you have the overall responsibility for the offers personnel management, citizen-oriented efforts, economy and physical framework. You translate the overarching direction into clear priorities and create coherence between stable operations and professional development. You will solve the tasks in close cooperation with the rest of the management, the offers professional coordinator/deputy and the employees.

You will have the opportunity to influence the distribution of work between you and the professional coordinator/deputy, who has been employed for nearly a year. You plan the distribution of work in dialogue with a basis in your respective competences and the needs of the offers. The goal is close collaboration with clear roles and areas of responsibility.

Your key tasks

· Personnel management and professional development: You set the direction for employees' work and support a culture characterized by professionalism, dialogue and collaboration. You handle day-to-day personnel management, conduct annual employee development conversations and staff meetings, and ensure relevant competency development. Hiring and dismissals you handle in cooperation with the professional coordinator/deputy and the employee representative.

· Citizens' wellbeing and development: You have the overarching responsibility that the initiatives support the citizens' individual needs, development and well-being. In collaboration with the professional coordinator/deputy and the staff you ensure professional quality and documentation. You participate in admissions, are responsible for operating agreements with authorities and attend status and follow-up meetings as needed.

· Collaboration with relatives and authorities: You create the framework for open and trusted collaboration with respect for the citizen's wishes and self-determination. Through clear dialogue and expectation alignment you contribute to coherence in the efforts around the individual citizen.

· Economy and operations: You are responsible for the service's operating budget in cooperation with the directorate. You ensure ongoing budget management and follow-up and prepare proposals for the annual budget planning.

· Physical framework and work environment: You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the service's buildings and involve the directorate in larger expenditures. Together with the health and safety representative you work systematically with the physical and psychological work environment with a focus on well-being, prevention and safety as well as follow-up on HAS and incidents.

· Thrives in combining overall leadership responsibility with presence and insight into daily pedagogical practice.

Framework for the appointment

You report hierarchically to the Autism Center Nord-Boat directorate. The appointment is made under a leadership agreement with no upper limit on working hours.
