Socialenheden for Voksne (Social Unit for Adults) is looking for two advisors for Team Botilbud. We are looking for you who are motivated by professional deepening and interdisciplinary collaboration. Maybe you already work with the residential facility area in another municipality. Maybe you have solid experience with authority work from another area and want to bring your competencies into play in the specialized adult field.

About us

The Social Unit for Adults consists of 10 advisors, 1 professional coordinator, 1 matching and negotiation consultant and 1 team leader. Together we elevate the authority task and work purposefully to create professionally well-founded and sustainable solutions for the citizens.

The matching and negotiation consultant supports among other things offer exploration, matching and negotiations. This gives you as an advisor a better opportunity to focus on the authority task, the social-pedagogical assessment, cooperation with the citizen and follow-up on the intervention.

The professional coordinator is close to the daily task solution and supports you with professional sparring, legal and methodological quality assurance, and direction in complex cases. This means you have a fixed professional sparring partner who can help qualify assessments and decisions and create progress when a case requires several perspectives.

We work in two teams and collaborate closely with our administrative colleagues, the Visitation and the municipality's other departments. Together we continuously develop our professional methods and practice.

In the Social Unit for Adults, the person is at the center. We work recovery-oriented and rehabilitative with a basis in the citizen's hope, wishes and resources. We involve the citizen, assess support needs and initiate actions that support the greatest possible independence, participation and quality of life.

Your new everyday life in Team Botilbud

Team Botilbud works with some of the most complex authority tasks in the adult sector. You will be responsible for cases concerning temporary and longer-term residential facilities under the Social Services Act sections 107 and 108 as well as for interventions under sections 103 and 104 for citizens in residential facilities. The team also handles use of coercive measures, carries out authority tasks for citizens with a court order and ensures good transitions from youth to adulthood.

• assessment and evaluation of the citizen's support needs
• preparation of professional assessments, recommendations and decisions
• coordination of complex case processes with many actors
• follow-up on the citizen's intervention, goals and development
• citizen involvement and dialogue with relatives and guardians
• interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration.

What we expect from you

You are a social worker or social educator or have another relevant background from the social field. We value that you are comfortable with cases where professional, social and legal considerations must be balanced.

• You have experience with authority work in the specialized adult sector or from another relevant authority area.
• You preferably have experience with residential facility areas or other complex social-pedagogical interventions.
• You may already have knowledge of the Social Services Act §§ 95 and 96 – this is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is that you are keen to immerse yourself in legally complex tasks and enjoy navigating details while maintaining an overview.
• You have strong analytical abilities and work methodically with case information, assessment, decision and follow-up.
• You create structure and progress in cases with many actors, prioritize your time and maintain quality when tasks shift.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
• You take responsibility for your own cases and actively contribute to collective learning.
• You find it exciting to work in a politically governed organization.

Salary and employment terms

Start date: 1 February 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary placement occurs after negotiation between the municipality and the negotiating organization.

Albertslund Municipality supports fully the full-time effort under the Part-Time Agreement on Wages and Working Conditions, and the municipality therefore hires predominantly at 37 hours.
