About the job

Would you like to be part of a strong and engaged evening team? Then take a look here.

We are looking for a trained social and health care assistant for the evening shift who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of citizens – especially in the important evening hours.

You will become part of an evening team where we work purposefully with professional development and well-being. We are two home care teams that were merged last year and have been brought together under one common leadership that covers both day and evening.

This means that you will enter a workplace in motion – where we together are in the process of shaping a new shared culture with a focus on high professional quality and a strong collegial community to the benefit of the citizens.

About the job

  • You work with care and practical tasks for citizens in the evening hours
  • You focus on rehabilitation and inclusion of the citizens
  • You contribute to creating calm, security and quality of life in the citizens' homes
  • You work from what is most important for the individual citizen
  • You are part of a team where professionalism and collaboration are in the foreground

We are looking for you who

  • Are stable and want to work independently in the evening hours
  • Have good collaboration skills and contribute to dialogue and joint solutions
  • Communicate in an appreciative way and work rehabilitatively
  • Are curious and reflective about your own and others’ practice
  • Want to develop professionally and contribute to quality development
  • Think in a holistic way and have an eye for the citizens’ overall life situation
  • Want to help make the evening shift a safe and good place to be – for both citizens and colleagues

Why you should choose us

  • We offer an independent job with great professional freedom and responsibility
  • You receive managerial support and opportunities for sparring
  • We focus on well-being, job satisfaction and a positive work environment
  • You will become part of a workplace where we work with respect, professionalism and community

The position is in the 24/7 area, with service primarily in the evening shift.

Do you want to make a difference in citizens' evenings – and be part of a team in development?

We look forward to hearing from you!
