Development Consultant for a Cross-Functional Analytics Team

We are looking for a new colleague for a full-time position in our analytics team with a start date no later than January 1, 2027.

The team is part of the cross-functional staff Knowledge & Strategy. We collect and translate evidence-based knowledge into value for the organization, citizens, businesses and other partners. We do this by data-supporting the organization with analyses, evaluations and GIS. We also create the frameworks for formulating and implementing the organization's overall strategy and governance model.

We need your help to data-support Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality

Your tasks will primarily be

• Evaluations and user surveys
• Survey questionnaires for citizen and business panels (SurveyXact)
• Analysis of register data in Excel and Stata
• Preparation of management information in TARGIT

We want a colleague who is eager to develop themselves together with us, and who

• Has a strong analytical sense and knowledge of social science methods – both quantitative and qualitative
• Has experience with survey research, preferably in SurveyXact or a similar system
• Is familiar with statistical analyses and preferably has experience with Stata or a similar program
• Can help us build and implement data-supported management
• Has experience with different evaluation models
• Can translate their professional knowledge into user-oriented analyses and communicate results clearly and understandably

We imagine that you have an academic education, e.g. cand.scient.pol., cand.scient.san.publ. or cand.merc., or equivalent experience that enables you to solve the above tasks. Whether you are newly graduated or have several years of experience is not decisive.
