Would you like to be our on-call substitute as the nurse in charge on Læsø

Would you like to take on some shifts on Læsø – when you can and have time – then now is the time to read on.

We have some lovely nursing colleagues who come to the island and are temporary substitutes as charge nurses. Now we are missing 1-2 more and would really like to hear from you.

We can offer shift assignments of 8-12 hours depending on what suits. We can provide accommodation if you need it.

Department of Elderly and Health

The Department of Elderly and Health covers all tasks within prevention, health and care/assistance on Læsø.

The nurses primarily cover tasks in the citizens' own homes and also cooperate with the staff at the island's care center.

We expect that you

• are a skilled and experienced nurse with good collaboration skills both professionally and interprofessionally
• are keen to work with citizens with chronic, physical and mental illnesses, citizens in active treatment, as well as palliative/end-of-life
• can thrive in an independent work environment
• hold a driver's license

Terms of employment

Employment and negotiation in accordance with the collective agreement. For nurses, there is in the preliminary agreement an additional allowance beyond the normal salary and employment terms. Example: Ø-nurse, recruitment and retention.
