The day care is a developing place to be for both children and employees. As a childminder you help create secure attachments and healthy relationships. You are crucial for the well-being, development, learning and formation of your day care children.

As a newly employed childminder you will receive a broad introduction to the job before you receive your fixed children.

Although the job as a childminder is autonomous, you are never alone. You become part of a smaller group of childminders who meet in a playroom once a week. You will have good colleagues in Gæstehuset and you will be connected with a childminder pedagogue who comes for supervision and supports and guides you in the pedagogical work.

We are seeking a childminder who

• Lives in Albertslund Municipality.
• Has a focus on the core task, the little child's well-being.
• Wants to create good learning environments at home for the children, both indoors and outdoors.
• Thrives in a daily life with play, learning and creativity together with children up to 2 years and 10 months.
• Is proactive and can plan pedagogical activities.
• Is self-reflective in the role as a caregiver, and knows that you know a lot about children, but also that you can always learn more, and are curious about it.
• Is appreciative in your approach to the work and shows respect for others.
• Has the will and the ability to work with many types of families.
• Values a close parent collaboration, where the individual child is in focus.
• Knows that you are indispensable for the large work community in day care.

We will obtain a child protection certificate and criminal record check for you and a child protection certificate for household members over 15 years old prior to employment.

Salary and employment according to applicable collective agreement, and you will be paid according to education and qualifications, as well as receiving a particularly high tax deduction.

Working hours: The working hours are 48 hours per week in the period 7:00 - 16:45. Friday 7:00-16:00. You will be compensated with 7 extra days off annually based on the working hours.

Starting date: As soon as possible. We call for interviews on an ongoing basis.
