Who we are

In Stenløse home care and nursing we are in the middle of an exciting development. We work purposefully to create even more citizen-centered care and nursing through interdisciplinary collaboration, holistic care and self-managing teams.

With us, nurses and home care work closely together under the same leadership. We also have a strong collaboration with our rehabilitation consultant, nursing professional coordinator and the admissions team.

We prioritize professional sparring highly and have, among other things, weekly citizen meetings, interdisciplinary citizen conferences, triage and professional meetings in nursing.

A special part of the position will be your role as clinical supervisor for our nursing students.

We are looking for someone who...

• Is educated and licensed nurse.
• Has education as a clinical supervisor.
• Has a minimum of two years of clinical experience - preferably from home care, hospital or acute care.
• Has good collaboration and communication skills.
• Can coordinate and prioritize in a changing daily life.
• Has a holistic and rehabilitative approach to citizens.
• Has experience with or interest in interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration.
• Has good IT skills and knowledge of documentation in care systems.
• Is keen on continuing professional development.
• Has a driving license.

The most important thing, however, is that you meet citizens and colleagues with engagement, curiosity and the desire to make a difference.

Practical information

The position is day shifts of about 37 hours per week, with weekend shifts as a baseline every 4th weekend.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and in line with the Ny Løn principles.
