About the job You will work in the out-of-home care district Midt - Maglehøjen 6 4000 Roskilde

We provide assistance to residents in the western part of Roskilde Municipality. We are a mobile-out team of about 40 employees, distributed into smaller teams with 10 employees in each team.

You will have day shifts and the hours will be 30 to 37 hours.

We focus on holistic citizen pathways. This means your care tasks will be varied. You will also participate in Roskilde Municipality's efforts regarding dementia, rehabilitation and prevention. Together we ensure that you are prepared for the many different types of care tasks we will need to handle. We place a high value on the collegial community.

• You are educated as a social- and health helper and want to work with citizens in their own homes
