We are seeking a business consultant for Team Jobparat and Integration – with a focus on a fast track to employment

Do you have an eye for job openings, strong relationships with companies and a desire to work with citizens who are close to the labor market? Then you may be the one we are seeking as a business consultant in Solrød Municipality.

We are looking for an engaged colleague for our Team Job-Ready and Integration, where the pace is high and the goal is clear: the fastest possible path into work or education.

About the position

You will be part of the effort for

• Job-ready welfare recipients
• Citizens in the integration effort
• Clearly education-ready youths
• Citizens in flex jobs / unemployment benefits (LY)
• A-dagpenge recipients
• And citizens in the Ukraine initiative

What the groups have in common is that they are closer to the labor market, and that the effort largely focuses on job placement, business outreach and rapid matching.

You will be part of a team where we work targeted and results-driven – and where collaboration with companies is central.

Your tasks will include

• Prospecting and collaborating with companies with a view to job openings and recruitment
• Matching citizens quickly and accurately with concrete job opportunities
• Establishing company internships, wage subsidies and flex jobs
• Supporting citizens' path to ordinary employment through close follow-up
• Actively contributing to the integration effort – including job-focused initiatives for citizens with a different ethnic background
• Working closely with job advisors and other partners
• Working systematically with progression, results and documentation

We expect that you

• Have experience with a business-oriented effort and job placement – preferably from a municipality or similar
• Have a good understanding of the labor market and the needs of companies
• Thrive in an environment with pace, clear goals and results
• Are strong in relationship-building – with both citizens and companies
• Work in a structured manner and can handle multiple cases at once
• Communicate clearly and professionally – both orally and in writing
• Have knowledge of the Employment Act (LAB)

Experience with employment or integration work is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours per week. Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and negotiations with the relevant trade union.

Starting December 1, 2026, or earlier if possible.

It is a condition that you have a driving license.
