At Gundsø Omsorgscenter we are looking for a social and health care assistant 30-37 hours per week with a weekend shift every 3rd weekend, who would like to be part of a workplace in development. We are focused on strengthening our professionalism, collaboration and job satisfaction, and we are looking for a colleague who is eager to contribute with engagement, curiosity and good ideas.

The position is available from December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Gundsø Omsorgscenter is a cozy care home with 29 nursing home apartments and 2 respite apartments. Our residents live with dementia, and we work every day to create a safe, meaningful and dignified everyday life based on each resident's resources, wishes and needs in close and respectful collaboration with relatives.

We work purposefully with ”Person-centered Care” and the Marte Meo method, because we believe that strong relationships and an affirming approach create the best framework for both residents and staff. We are well on the way – and we know that development is something we create together.
