Who are we?

Stenløkkegruppen is a field-based home care group consisting of about 50 dedicated employees who work exclusively in day shifts. We support citizens who live with various challenges – including mental illnesses, congenital or acquired brain injuries and social issues. With us, collaboration with citizens and their relatives is central. We work from a rehabilitative approach where care, clarity and involvement are fundamental values.

About the job

As a weekend, holiday and vacation substitute you will be permanently employed for an agreed number of hours, which you will gradually fulfill through weekend shifts, holiday shifts and possible extra shifts. You will be part of our daily work and take responsibility as part of the team. This means, among other things:

· To support citizens with various psychological, neurological and social challenges

· To work from action plans so both you and the citizen know what is the focus

· To document your efforts in a clear and systematic way

· To engage in sparring with colleagues from several professional groups

· To meet citizens with respect, calm and a rehabilitative approach

Shifts take place in the time window 7:00–13:00 or 7:00–15:00, depending on needs and planning.

Who are we looking for?

You do not need experience in the area – the most important for us is your approach. We are looking for you who:

· Are curious, responsible and eager to learn

· Can create security and structure around the citizens

· Have the capacity for both collaboration and independent tasks

· Thrive in a daily life where citizens' needs can be complex

· Contribute positively to the work community

· Have a driving license

If you are considering an education within social and health care, social pedagogy or similar, the job can be a very good opportunity to gain experience.

Salary and employment terms

You will be employed on a contract of at least 10 hours per week. In some cases this means you cannot meet your hours with solely weekend work. E.g.: Employed for 10 hours, works every other weekend 7-15. (2 x 8 hours = 16 hours) So here you meet 8 hours per week. Therefore over a 4-week period it will be necessary with an 8-hour shift on a weekday. Call for clarification.

Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organisation. Start date by agreement.
