Are you eager to make a difference for elderly people, and do you want meaningful work in a good community? Then it might be you we are looking for at Rosenlund Plejeboliger.

We are looking for qualified and unqualified weekend relief workers for fixed weekend shifts. We also very much welcome retired staff and pensioners who still want to use their experience and competencies in working with older citizens.

The position is with fixed shifts every second or every third weekend.

Your most important task will be to create well-being and safety for the residents based on their wishes, needs and life history.

We value that you

• Are interested in residents’ life histories and meet residents and relatives with respect and presence.
• Help to create safe surroundings and a cozy everyday life for the residents.
• Are trained as a social and healthcare helper, social and healthcare assistant, unskilled or nursing student or have a desire to work in the elderly care sector.
• Perhaps are retired or on a pension and want to continue making a difference.
• Are currently enrolled in or considering a health professional or other relevant education.
• Can work independently and take responsibility.
• Are stable and meet residents and colleagues with good humor.
• Can speak and write Danish.
