About the job

We are looking for you who can strengthen the health care expertise for 24 wonderful young adults with multiple functional variations. You will become part of a strong professional and social community, where the workday is characterized by wonderful young people, good staffing, time for relationships, high professionalism and development, supervision and attractive working hours/weekend frequency. These are just some of the aspects that make Bofællesskabet Lykke Marie a good workplace with attractive working conditions, which you can now become a part of.

We have an exciting job opening of approximately 30-35 hours, where your health care expertise, ability to provide care and build relationships will make a big difference for Lykke Marie's residents. With us, pedagogy and health go hand in hand, so if you like the good combination of this, you should apply for this position as our next health care colleague.

Our staff group is composed of different professional backgrounds, which provides ample opportunity for interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing. All colleagues regardless of professional background solve the same pedagogical and health care tasks in relation to the individual resident. You will, however, with your mono-professional background, bring the health care perspective into the task-solving in the team. This will take place in close cooperation with Frederikssund Municipality's 24-hour care, as it is they who have the overall health care responsibility for the health services at Lykke Marie.

As an employee at Lykke Marie, you work both day and evening and long shifts every 4th weekend. The meeting time on weekdays is in the morning at 6.30 and in the afternoon between 14.30 and 22.30.

A bit about us: At Lykke Marie, 24 young people live across three houses. The young people communicate in many different ways, few have verbal language. We work with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) , which is a major focus for us, e.g. Sign Supported Speech (TTT), pictograms and digital communication aids, some with exciting eye-tracking technology. It is therefore a clear advantage if you have knowledge of AAC, as well as a flair for navigating the digital universe, and if not, we are ready to prepare you for this.

  • Helpful and a good team player
  • Reliable and responsible
  • In good physical condition
  • Have a driver's license or be willing to obtain one around start-up
  • Flair for AAC, as well as the digital universe

We can offer you

  • Good colleagues
