About us

Fælleshåb is part of the Center for Specialized Interventions in Middelfart Municipality. In accordance with the Green Housing Act § 105 and the Social Services Act § 85, Fælleshåb is a residential facility for adults over 18 and addresses citizens who, due to congenital brain injury, need special support in everyday life.

There are 32 dwellings, where lively and resourceful citizens live, whom you, together with your colleagues, will support and develop. Fælleshåb is located on West Funen, about 8 km outside Middelfart, close to nature and with short distances to both forest and beach.

Our purpose is to provide a holistic and rehabilitative effort that is tailored to the individual citizen's wishes and needs. We do this through a staff group composed of several professional groups.

At Fælleshåb we focus on high social capital as a catalyst for continued professional development and well-being. In this context we have put the core task and interdisciplinarity on the agenda, specifically:

• Competencies, communication and behaviour.
• Working environment and personal leadership.
• Work processes, frameworks and structures.

Important qualifications and competences

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained pedagogue, preferably with further education in neuro-pedagogy.
• Are professionally well-founded. Knowledge of KRAP and Low Arousal would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Are proficient with IT and would like to contribute to focusing on the important documentation obligation.
• Are empathetic and present.
• Have an appreciative and resource-oriented approach to the rehabilitative work.
• Are passionate about contributing to a good working environment.
• Are responsible and flexible and will take an active part in the shared professional approach across the houses at Fælleshåb with an eye to the input of interdisciplinarity.

Salary and employment conditions

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

In accordance with current practice in Middelfart Municipality, a criminal record check will be obtained.

The working hours will be distributed between day and evening shifts as well as weekend shifts every 2nd weekend.
