We are looking for a social- and health care assistant for an on-call/managerial role in the evening shift , who thrives with responsibility, collaboration and professional decisions – and who wants to help ensure high quality for our citizens in Furesø.

About the job

You will become a central part of our evening team, which currently consists of seven employees.

You will have your own fixed route, but as a responsible SSA you also have a special duty to maintain overview and be the colleague who can make professional decisions, coordinate and find good solutions together with the rest of the team.

You will also be an important role model for a good work and learning environment, where we help each other and use each other's professional skills.

Your tasks will include

SEL-, ÆL- and SUL tasks, including KAD care, wound care, medication administration and acute tasks

TOBS measurements and professional assessment of acutely unwell citizens

Coordination and professional sparring with colleagues throughout the shift

Teaching and training of colleagues as needed

To contribute to the whole team having a good and coherent shift

Daily sparring with the area manager, planner and the on-call SSA in the day shift

Timeliness and quality-based documentation in FSIII Nexus

About you

We imagine that you

Are educated as a social- and health care assistant and preferably have experience from home care

Thrive with responsibility and dare to make professional decisions

Have an interest in rehabilitation, quality and professional development

Are familiar with Nexus, FMK, SEL, ÆL and SUL

Are a team player who contributes positively to collaboration

Are reliable in attendance and want a fixed evening shift from 15:00–23:30 in a 5-2 rotation

We are about 50 employees who provide home care to around 250 residents in Furesø Municipality .

Working hours and employment

The position is 29.75 hours per week with working hours from 15:00–23:30 in a 5-2 rotation .

Employment as soon as possible – but we are happy to wait for the right candidate.
