We are looking for young inspiration staff aged between 14 and 18.

Would you like a leisure job where you can create smiles, joy and good moments for others?

Then this might be just you that we are looking for.

In our nursing home we are seeking young inspiration staff who want to help create cozy moments, presence and meaningful activities together with our residents.

What you will do

• Walks with the residents
• Playing cards, solving puzzles, painting or other lighter activities
• Holding hands, listening and being present
• Reading aloud or talking/singing together
• Help to create community, joy and good experiences in everyday life

Who are you

• You are between 14 and 18 years old
• Smiling, caring and approachable
• Want to be with older people
• Are curious, responsible and have good ideas
• Want to make a positive difference for our residents

You do not need to have experience – we will help you get started.

Working hours

Working hours are 2 hours on weekdays between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM by arrangement.

Appointment process and salary

Start date is December 1, 2026.

The position is in principle 6 hours per week and is a permanent position.

We offer pay and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement based on local wage formation principles and in agreement with the negotiating organization.

We will obtain criminal records.
