1 SSA for the evening shift and 1 SSA for the night shift at Plejecenter Blomstergården's permanent positions

Would you like to help ensure high quality and well-being for the citizens, then you have the opportunity here. We are looking for 1 SSA for evening shift and 1 SSA for night shift.

The evening shift position includes weekend shifts in even weeks. We work in a fixed cycle 2-2-3 over 14 days.

The night shift position has working weeks in even weeks. We work 7-7 over 14 days.

Blomstergården is a modern nursing home with high ceilings and citizens at the center. We consist of 96 permanent homes distributed over 4 departments, each consisting of 24 homes. On the premises there are also temporary housing as well as health and training.

We are a large place, and one of our strengths is that we help each other across teams and departments.

We work with a liberating team structure, where everyone in the team has equal influence on and responsibility for solving the tasks, taking into account each individual's competence areas.

We work with MyMedCard (MySkills and MyGuides), which is an electronic system for your personal competence profile, as well as instructions and many other important information, so you always have them at hand.

We zoom in on the core task and the work community and steer towards what makes sense for the citizens.

Your tasks will range from cooking (though not so much during night shifts) to performing practical tasks, care as well as nursing and acute tasks.

We strive to secure interdisciplinary collaboration by having both SSA and SSH in all shift teams.

For both positions it applies that you are attached to a team where you are 2 SSHs and 1 SSA. In the evening shift you are 3 colleagues around 24 citizens and at night you are 3 colleagues around 96 citizens.
