Are you passionate about children's well-being and development? Blåbjergskolen, Outrup department, is seeking a dedicated and skilled school pedagogue.

Blåbjergskolen consists of 3 sites in Lunde (Children's town with 95 children from 0 years to 6th grade), Outrup (131 pupils from kindergarten to 6th grade) and Nr. Nebel (300 pupils kindergarten – 9th grade). There is close collaboration between the departments and with the local community. We are located in a scenic natural area, which is often included in teaching and in leisure time.

As a school educator you will join a well-functioning learning community, where we support each other in a flexible everyday life. Both in the school part and in the after-school program we have weekly team meetings. In the leisure part you can be affiliated with our junior club or our after-school program, Fristedet. The position will include morning/close shifts. The working hours will as a rule lie between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.

We focus on the students' motivation and are now at year 3 of developing our learning collaboration with Rob Houben, founder of allLearners.org. A collaboration that you will become a natural part of.

• Can and want to plan and carry out fun and educational activities in the SFO/junior club
• Become an important part of the children's everyday life at school, SFO/junior club, where you help support their learning and development
• Can provide pedagogical support in the school part
• Work closely with teachers and pedagogues to create a coherent and inspiring day for the children
• Can create well-being so that the children feel safe, seen and heard

If you have experience within AKT, it will be a plus.

The position is initially a full-time position, but an agreement for fewer hours can be made.

School educators at Blåbjergskolen are as a rule attached to one of the sites.
