Maternity leave replacement at Byhuset

As one of our skilled employees at Byhuset goes on maternity leave at the end of December, we are seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant (SSA) for 35 hours per week for a maternity leave replacement starting from January 1, 2027

About us

Byhuset is an activity and training offer for home-living people with a

dementia

There are about 100 citizens who come daily to participate in activities in one of our many different groups.

As an employee at Byhuset you will have fixed groups across the week and likewise fixed colleagues.

In Byhuset our core task; With respect and dignity we create security and presence, which enables relationships and mastery in one’s own life.

The maternity leave replacement will as a starting point be a combination of groups at our campus at Bjergegade 15, Odense C and groups at Frydenlund, which is located in Villestofte.

Working hours fall within 08.00-18.15. We do not work on weekends or public holidays.

• That you are educated as Social and Health Care Assistant
• That you have knowledge of and interest in the target group and can bring something new to the house
• That you are able to find resources within the citizen and work with them
• That you master communicating in an appreciative way and have good collaboration skills
• That you have an understanding of the diversity of tasks and show flexibility in solving them
• That you are able to show respect, engagement, openness and empathy

We know we set high demands on our future employee – but we also strive to equip you well for the task.

During the first 2-3 weeks you will be shown around our campuses, so you have the opportunity to see the different surroundings, as well as greet your colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to participate in other groups than your fixed groups during the start-up period, so you get insight into the large palette of services we offer. There will also be an onboarding meeting with Byhusets AMR which will introduce you to how we work with the work environment.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Salary range: SSA full-time = 30,075.66 DKK – 35,084 DKK
