Join Blåvandshuk School and the Mini Club in Oksbøl – centrally located with short travel time to Esbjerg, Nørre Nebel and Varde.

Would you like to make a noticeable difference at an age when children are curious, imaginative and full of initiative? We are looking for an educator/pedagogue for a combined position at Blåvandshuk School and in the Mini Club (SFO). The position is 30–37 hours per week and is split between the Mini Club and work as a school pedagogue in the primary years (0th–3rd grade). Start is 1/1-27 – preferably earlier, if possible. The Mini Club has about 130 children in 0th–2nd grade.

• Play, learning and imagination: Children aged 6–9 meet the world with curiosity and energy – and give you ample opportunity to create activities that excite.
• Variation in the work day: You work both in school and SFO and can bring your pedagogical strengths into play in different contexts.
• Nature as a playing partner: The forest and green areas are right outside the door and provide plenty of space for play, movement, learning and outdoor life. In our primary years we have a well-functioning outdoor school where the children spend a full day outside the normal school timetable.
• Colleagues who lift as a team: You will become part of a committed and helpful community with room for sparring, humor and new ideas.
• Strong local support: Engaged parents and an active local community collaborate and back the children's everyday life.

In the Mini Club and at the school we create activities both outdoors and indoors with a clear pedagogical focus on well-being, development and opportunities to participate. As both SFO-pedagogue and classroom pedagogue you will have the opportunity to see the whole child and create coherence between teaching, breaks, play and leisure. You will become part of a team that plans, develops and solves tasks together.

Blåvandshuk School is located in Oksbøl, has two streams from 0–9 grade and a branch school in Janderup. We are about 75 staff members who actively use the local forest and green areas for play, learning and outdoor life. Inside you will find welcoming and updated facilities that support a safe and inspiring everyday life.
