Join the inspiring SFO at Munkebjerg School – We are seeking an engaged, dedicated pedagogue with good energy and lots of playfulness!

Munkebjergskolen is looking for an engaged and academically strong pedagogue for our SFO and school part on 30 hours per week.

We expect that you are passionate about the good life of children, will help and support with learning and well-being, that you will want to play, laugh, comfort, guide and be part of creating the world’s best school and SFO day at Munkebjergskolen. On a daily basis you will be part of both SFO and also participate as a year-group pedagogue for our 2 year groups.

Munkebjergskolen is located in Odense M, in the middle of a lovely residential area. We are close to all the exciting opportunities in the city center and with easy access to natural areas, sports clubs and much more. We prioritize a learning environment where participation opportunities, well-being, curiosity and creativity are in focus both when the children are in school and when they are playing in our SFO.

Our skilled team of teachers and pedagogues work closely together to create an inspiring and inclusive school day that meets all the children's needs. In the leisure part, pedagogues and teaching assistants work with diversity, the developmental potential of play, participation opportunities and the importance of community.

We also place great emphasis on collaboration with parents and the local community and wish to create a school and an SFO where everyone feels welcome.

• Are a competent and preferably experienced pedagogue with knowledge of working with well-being and learning.
• Can be a clear, inclusive and empathetic adult.
• Are reliable and have a ready smile.
• Can engage in sparring and reflection and wish to actively participate in daily life with both children and colleagues.
• That you can work until 5 p.m.

Salary and employment terms

The position is paid according to the applicable collective agreement. The expected salary level will be stated before any interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
