About Lillebjerg School

Lillebjerg School is a treatment and special education offer for around 40 pupils. We are located in newly renovated premises in scenic surroundings in Hundested, where nature is an active part of everyday life and provides space for both calm, presence and development. At Lillebjerg School we work from a shared professional foundation, where neuroaffective developmental psychology as well as the systemic and narrative approaches form the overarching frameworks for our pedagogical and educational practice.

With us you meet children who need adults who look behind the behavior, maintain curiosity and stick to the relationship, even when it becomes difficult. We work closely across disciplines because we know the best solutions are created in collaboration.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained pedagogue and preferably have experience with treatment or special pedagogy.
• Are focused on relationship work and want to be a meaningful adult in the children's everyday life.
• Meet children with warmth, clarity and belief in their possibilities for development.
• Can stay calm and keep an overview in situations where the children need extra support.
• Thrive in close collaboration with colleagues, teachers, treatment staff and external partners.
• Want to develop professionally and actively contribute to our shared practice.

Your tasks

As a pedagogue at Lillebjerg School you will be an important part of the children's daily life. Among other things you will:

• Create safe relationships that support the children’s well-being and development.
• Work treatment-oriented with children who may have autism, attention disorders or social and emotional challenges.
• Support students’ participation in teaching and in the After School Care.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, PPR, the Children and Youth area and the families around the child.
• Contribute to documentation and follow-up to ensure the best possible effort for each individual child.
• Help create new paths for pupils who may eventually return to a mainstream school offer.

Practical information

The application deadline is November 20 at 12:00, and we hold interviews in week 48.

Employment starts from January 1, 2027 or after further agreement. Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function allowances can be agreed. The expected total salary is in the range of DKK 39,000 – 44,000 per month ex/pension, depending on experience and competencies.

Positions are full-time (other arrangements possible).
