Who are we

Planned Surgery Grindsted is part of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at Esbjerg and Grindsted Hospital.

We provide planned surgical patient pathways for parenchymal surgery, orthopaedic surgery, urology and ear, nose and throat surgery. There is close collaboration with the two other operating departments and with anesthesia, recovery and scheduling.

We focus on the patient, high professionalism, good patient pathways and a good working environment – and we are also an organization in development, where we like to challenge the things we usually do.

You will lead an engaged staff group, who are proud of their profession and focused on making a difference for patients.

You will become part of a strong management team

As chief nurse you will be part of a well-functioning and experienced management team, where we actively use each other for sparring, reflection and problem solving.

We emphasize supporting each other in a complex daily life and in learning from both what works and what challenges us, so we continuously develop our leadership.

You will also be assigned a mentor who follows you during your introduction to the position and the leadership task.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You can find the starting salary below based on the collective agreement and the position mentioned in the job advertisement.

In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
