Customer service representative

Are you looking for a flexible part-time job during daytime hours with a quick start? Then you might be our new customer service employee for an exciting temporary position with our client in Odense.

About the position

We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded customer service employee for 15-20 hours per week . The temporary position is expected to last for the rest of the year, and we are therefore seeking a candidate who can start as soon as possible

Your main tasks will include

• Reply to incoming customer inquiries by email
• Enter and process customer orders in SAP
• Ensure correct recording and follow-up on customer cases
• Handle other relevant administrative tasks

About you

We imagine that you

• Have experience with SAP
• Communicate in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Are structured, meticulous and have a good overview
• Thrive with customer contact and can communicate clearly and politely
• Can work independently and at the same time be a good team player

Practical information

• Workplace: Odense S
• Extent: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
• Working hours: Daytime hours, flexible and to be agreed with the client
• Duration: Expected to run until the end of the year
• Start: As soon as possible
