Full-time customer service representative

Full-time Customer Service Employee (37 hours)

We are seeking a committed full-time customer service employee (37 hours), who can assist with daily order handling and customer communication. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Answering customer inquiries via our customer support system (eDesk)
• Order handling and providing quotes on request
• Resolving customer issues, complaints and returns
• Overview of shipping prices and shipping profiles
• Collaboration with warehouse, technician and registration on delivery times and questions about products

We expect that you

• have experience in customer service
• communicate well in Danish and English – German is an advantage, but not required
• are used to working in IT systems and pick up new ones easily
• are structured and can keep track of many cases at once
• are friendly and patient with customers and stay calm during busy periods

Language
