About the job

  • Do you want to help build something special.

Here is the job where your overview, your experience and your collaboration skills can make a direct difference to everyday life for residents and staff.

At Møllegården we are in the process of building something new. You can expect to become part of a newly formed leadership community where we dare to try things, support each other and do things properly – together.

The leadership group at Møllegården has new faces who together bring plenty of experience. It gives you a rare opportunity: to help shape a workplace where the framework, culture and professionalism are built on a solid foundation – together with others who also want that.

Who are you and what are you good at?

  • You are a trained nurse

You have experience from the municipal sector or the somatic field, e.g. medical or geriatric departments.

You have gained your first experiences with leadership. It is an advantage, but not a requirement that you have a management qualification.

  • You can lead - even when it gets difficult

You are able to find ways forward, even when things are challenging. You are curious and investigative – dogmatic certainty is not your forte. You seek out and offer sparring so that your own or others’ blind spots are covered. You contribute to loyalty in the leadership community through openness, professional dialogue and by backing up common decisions.

  • You are both clear and inclusive.

Your inclusiveness, clarity and ability to collaborate are important. You must be able to address and handle tasks and challenges that you and we must solve together. You embrace employees’ differences and can frame the tasks in a clear and fair way if there is disagreement or conflict.

  • You have a sense for resources and structure

You are good at creating an overview and ensuring that staff work in structures that work. You can plan based on the resources available, and you can adjust when reality changes. You can enable employees’ resources to unfold because you acknowledge them and give them the opportunity to use their abilities.

  • You can anchor person-centered care

You will be responsible for ensuring that the professional quality matches the residents’ needs. Tom Kitwood’s ideas on person-centered care should continue to influence the work in Ward 1 – both in everyday life and in the decisions you make as a leader.

  • You are good at creating and developing networks

Perhaps you have experience with involving and collaborating with the local community and volunteers? There is potential for both the outside world and the employees to increasingly create activities, community and traditions that give residents a good everyday life.

About Ward 1 – and the outside world

Ward 1 is a somatic ward with 41 residents. Where the staff expect you to embrace their differences and at the same time be clear in your leadership. A leader who works from the principle of trust with responsibility and who can set a clear direction, while you are listening and inclusive. In addition, they want a leader who can frame tasks fairly, create overview and make decisions when needed, also when disagreements or conflicts arise.

A workplace in development – and you can help set the direction

There is room for you to bring something new into the leadership community. We are honest about what we need to build up together. At the same time we have started many things: better communication, clearer structures and a focus on the psychological work environment.

If you thrive in a community, are engaged with Møllegården as a whole and not only your own part of the building – then you will fit well with us.
