Development Consultant for Prevention, Health and Elderly Care

The health and elderly area faces significant changes in the coming years. The health reform, new forms of collaboration and rising expectations for integrated welfare solutions place demands on both development and innovative thinking.

At the same time, we have adjusted the organization of the area, and we are in the process of recruiting a new head of Health, Prevention and Elderly.

Therefore we are seeking a development consultant who will have the opportunity to become a close partner to the new head and actively contribute to the further development of the area.

A role with both influence and responsibility Your tasks will be both strategic and operational, and you will work across disciplines, managers and partners.

You should, among other things

• support the new head in the development of the Health, Prevention and Elderly area
• contribute to the implementation of the health reform
• draft policy cases, memos and decision proposals for the Health and Elderly Committee
• drive and coordinate development projects and contribute to the development of new solutions
• follow up on strategies, action plans and political decisions
• support cooperation with the Region of Southern Denmark, civil society and other partners
• analyze data and translate knowledge into a decision basis

Who are you? You will probably have a relevant academic education, but most importantly, that you:

• can create structure and progress in complex tasks

• are curious, proactive and good at building relationships

It is an advantage if you have experience from a politically led organization and familiarity with the health-, child- and/or elderly area.

Salary and terms of employment The position is full-time and with start date 1 January 2027.

Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay setting.
