About the job

Do you need many consecutive days off and more freedom?

Do you need a secure (extra) income?

Would you like to work only 4 days a month?

I offer you precisely such a job - with a good, positive and relaxed work environment. A job where you, as mentioned, have time to live your own life on the side. A job that, for example, is an excellent combined option in connection with your education or running your own business. The hours with me are counted in days, so you will have several consecutive days off. The ideal person for the job is a person who already has a job, a livelihood.

A person who lacks a little security in the form of additional or fixed income. Despite the uncertainties of the world, I can offer you this income. This job can be perfect for you who want more freedom. Maybe you just want to try something new? You must, however, have time and flexibility in your calendar. Whether you would have to work every week depends, of course, on how many hours would be ideal for you – and I am willing to discuss this with you.

The tasks include

Companionship outside the house.

Personal care.

Household management and cleaning.

Scretarial assistance.

You should not be afraid of challenges - but rather have a large amount of initiative. You must have a driving license and be willing to use it from "Mols to Skagen". In addition you must be physically and mentally robust. You do NOT NEED ANY EXPERIENCE in the health sector - that is not what is most important to me. The job includes both busy and quieter periods, which you must be able to adapt to. From time to time you will appear as the withdrawn 'fly on the wall'.

I am a 51-year-old female wheelchair user with interests ranging from a wild day outside the four walls of the home to an evening in peace and quiet in front of the television. I have, in old times, studied English at Aalborg University. If my home becomes your workplace, I place emphasis on great mutual flexibility and situational awareness. I am looking for a person with humor who sees life with uncomplicated pleasure.

I expect

  • that you are a helping hand in daily life… Not a best friend… I do not want you to be activated, rescued or entertained.
  • that you believe in yourself and your abilities, so you can solve tasks - big or small - without too much doubt.
  • that you are able to understand some of daily routines and tasks fairly easily, so you can take things on yourself relatively quickly, so I do not have to repeat myself too often.
  • that you have a positive attitude and take things as they come.
  • that an appointment is a commitment.
  • that you ARE NOT A SMOKER.
  • that you are actually present and willing to be here when you are at work with me.

The HOURS with me, as mentioned, are counted in days. You should set aside 3-4 days per month for the part-time job. For example you meet on a Tuesday at 17:00 and have Wednesday at 17:00 off. Two of your workdays will most often be consecutive, if it fits into the plan. Your workdays will vary, as there is no fixed rota – but where possible, consideration is given to any requests for time off. You will not be able to have a wish to always work only on the same days.

A rot a plan is drawn up for about 6 weeks at a time. NUMBER OF HOURS: 18/20 hours on average per week – all depending on your wish, and as long as you can also step in a little if your colleagues are sick, want time off or have holidays … Or if your calendar is just very open. In short: If, for a period, you need a few more hours than initially expected, we can always talk about it along the way – also if, for a while, you would like fewer…

Application deadline: OPEN, with job start in December ’26 or January ’27. Applications are accepted by email: [email protected]

Attach a photo or a video of yourself. ( I acknowledge receipt of an application and will promptly invite to an interview if I find it relevant.) I hope , you manage to be yourself in the job, and you will thrive in my company – both in my company and in your own. I look forward to hearing from new applicants. If you have questions about the position they should be directed to [email protected]
