Are you passionate about people, communities and volunteering? Are you good at making contact, keeping an overview and making things happen? And would you like meaningful work where you can help make a concrete difference for others? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

We are looking for a project coordinator in a flex job for our two exciting projects, the Community Guide (Fællesskabsguiden) and Volunteer Communities (Frivillige Fællesskaber).

Both projects are about building bridges between people and the association life. In Fællesskabsguiden we help citizens who experience loneliness or are outside the community to find their way into local communities. In Frivillige Fællesskaber we work, together with students at STU and associations, to give young people with particular challenges the opportunity to become part of voluntary association life.

Your tasks will include

• Coordinate activities, ensure progress and follow up on the two projects.
• Build contact with, and maintain cooperation with, volunteers, associations, STU and other partners.
• Help match citizens and young people with relevant voluntary communities.
• Plan meetings, activities and smaller events.
• Present the projects and give smaller talks, for example to volunteers, associations and partners.
• Contribute to recruitment, information and dissemination of the projects.
• Handle written communication, prepare informational materials and carry out ongoing documentation and dissemination tasks

We imagine that you

• Are flexible, proactive, approachable, empathetic and good with people.
• Communicate well both in writing and verbally, and are comfortable speaking in front of smaller groups and assemblies.
• Can work independently with projects, create structure, be thorough, and maintain an overview of several tasks.
• Have understanding of people with different needs and challenges.
• Have general knowledge of IT, internet and Office programs.

Your educational background is not decisive. The most important are your personal competences, your engagement and your ability to be a good team player.

Employment form: Flex job – fixed-term project employment for 1½ years with the possibility of extension.

Working hours: A weekly hour count of 12-20 hours, agreed in more detail depending on your possibilities.

Start date: 01.02.2027 or earlier.
